When you place an order with YearLapse, we collect information required to complete your custom video transform service:

• Contact Information: Your email address for order confirmation, delivery, and customer support.
• Uploaded Media: Portrait photos uploaded via our order form, along with associated metadata (Age and Year tags).
• Transaction Data: Payment details handled directly through our secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full credit card information on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Photos & Information

We use your information strictly for rendering your custom video and communicating with you regarding your order:

• To manually align facial features, apply AI morphing transitions, and construct your ordered video.
• To deliver finished video files (MP4 format) directly to your email address.
• To communicate with you if adjustments or revisions are required.

3. Strict Photo Privacy & Retention

Your privacy is our top priority. We maintain strict confidentiality protocols regarding user uploads:

• No Public Publishing: We will never publish, share, distribute, or showcase your submitted photos or final rendered videos publicly without your explicit written consent.
• Data Retention: Uploaded source photos and rendered MP4 files are retained securely in cloud storage for a maximum of 30 days post-delivery to allow time for revision requests. After 30 days, files are permanently deleted from our primary working servers.

4. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption protocols during upload and storage. Access to your photos is strictly limited to authorized manual editing staff assigned to your project.
