1. Overview & Service Description

By placing an order with YearLapse (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms. YearLapse provides custom, hand-edited digital video creation services (“Then vs. Now” age transformation videos) based on photos uploaded by the user.

2. User Guarantees & Content Ownership

When uploading photos to YearLapse, you acknowledge and guarantee that:

• You own the full rights or have explicit permission to use and upload the images provided.
• Your submitted images do not contain copyrighted material, illegal, explicit, or offensive content.
• You retain full ownership of your original photos and the final rendered video.

3. Delivery Windows & Service Tiers

Delivery times begin once full payment is verified and complete source files (photos, ages, years) are received:

• The Snapshot ($35): Standard delivery within 48 hours (Up to 8 photos, 9:16 Vertical only).
• The Evolution ($69): Express delivery within 24 hours (Up to 20 photos, 9:16 Vertical OR 16:9 Widescreen choice).
• The Lifetime ($129): Priority delivery within 12 hours (Up to 40 photos, BOTH Vertical and Widescreen formats delivered).

4. Revision Policy & Fixes

Because each video involves custom manual work, sales are final once digital delivery is completed. However, we offer free revisions within 7 days of delivery for typos in age/year tags or required transition tweaks. Request a fix by replying directly to your video delivery email.

5. Limitation of Liability

YearLapse is not liable for indirect damages, loss of files, or platform rendering issues on third-party social media sites (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) after delivery.
